The idea of removing tanned skin and lightening skin tone through bleaching may be appealing, but it comes with its own set of after-effects. The most common side effects are redness and soreness of the skin. So, if you ever face these problems because of bleaching, here are some remedies that can help soothe your skin. That is raw milk and ice, aloe vera massage, coconut water, potato peel, lavender oil, and sandalwood pack.
1. Raw milk and ice cubes
The first thing you should do after bleaching is to soothe it with a skin cooler such as cold raw milk and ice. Rub ice on the bleached area or place a cotton pad soaked in cold milk on it. This will provide good relief to the skin.
2. Aloe vera massage
Cut the stem of the aloe vera plant and extract its gel. Massage it on your face and let it stay for 4-5 minutes. This is because aloe vera has a cooling effect and helps the skin to heal and is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
3. Coconut water
We can find the cure by drinking coconut water. Drink
as much as you want, because it keeps you hydrated from the inside and can also
be used as a toner and calms the skin and makes it soft through its minerals
and vitamins.
4. Potato skin
Potato peel is cooling, hydrating and refreshing. Its
anti-inflammatory properties and powerful healing abilities will help bleached
skin recover in no time. Cover the bleached area with potato peel for about
10-12 minutes twice a day and you will soon see the results.
