Lemon is another natural method that can be used to bleach the skin and reduce freckles. Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl, add one tablespoon of borax and one tablespoon of sugar and mix well. Leave the mixture on for three days, then apply it to your face and neck for 20-25 minutes and rinse off. However, this natural bleaching method may cause dryness of the skin. Therefore, it is recommended to take moisturizing measures before use.

How to repair skin bleaching?

The idea of removing tanned skin and lightening skin tone through bleaching may be appealing, but it comes with its own set of after-effects. The most common side effects are redness and soreness of the skin. So, if you ever face these problems because of bleaching, here are some remedies that can help soothe your skin. That is raw milk and ice, aloe vera massage, coconut water, potato peel, lavender oil, and sandalwood pack.

The first thing you should do after bleaching is to soothe it with a skin cooler such as cold raw milk and ice. Rub ice on the bleached area or place a cotton pad soaked in cold milk on it. This will provide good relief to the skin.

In Johor Bahru there is a Man-made Island mega project called Forest City, that was an integrated residential development and private town located on the slopes of Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia on 1,370 hectares.

Despite being marketed as "an energy-efficient, ecologically sensitive, land-conserving, low-polluting offshore city", the development has had significant negative environmental impact, with irreversible damage due to reclamation of ecologically sensitive coastal wetlands.

In addition, changes have already been felt by the local fishing community. Fishermen complained that they find less seafood now than before. Not only that, but some other fishermen have also complained of reduced catches and growing petrol costs due to the extra mileage incurred by the causeway and more distant fishing grounds.

Ways to Helps Protect Coastal and Ocean environment

  • Always pack your reusable water bottle. By now, many of us are aware of the fact that plastic pollution exists, that it's a problem and that it's contributing to climate change throughout its destructive life cycle. What we're still learning (scientists included!) is just how massive the problem is— and it just keeps getting bigger. For instance, did you know that roughly 500 pounds of plastic enter the ocean every second, and microplastics have been found in the air we breathe, water we drink and seafood we consume? Help protect yourself and the environment by avoiding single use plastic bottles and using your favourite reusable water bottle.

  • Bring that reusable mindset into the grocery store. Bringing your own bags to the grocery store is an easy way to reduce pollution and single-use habits, but what about all of the packaged items we buy? Try keeping reusable, organic cotton produce bags stored with your grocery totes to avoid packaged produce and consider bulk-buying some staple items using mason jars or other reusable containers.

  • Host your own beach, river or lake cleanup to help protect your local coastline or waterway. Whether you gather friends and make an outing of it, or just pick up the trash you see along the waterline on your morning walk, report what you collect and help raise awareness by sharing your impact on social media!

People aren't blind by greeds

Although we keept saying that human's greedy is destroying the planet, however we can still see hope among the people, there are many organizations helding activities to clean up coastal environment by themselves and it also attract the attention from the online communities, and hopefully we can spread the importance of protecting coastal environment.

However, it does not mean that it is enough to save the environment, we still need to do more to protect our mother earth. We always think that it is complicated and troublesome to do such protections, but we can start from the small things like do not littering and pick up all the rubbish we see on the streets.

We need to believe that although the power of individuals are small, but when we united together, the power becomes one and we can be strong and capable to complete everything, so when we all protecting the environment together, we can make the earth a better place for sure.

I presume the audience is aware of and concerned about childhood obesity. Many users, according to social media data, will post about childhood obesity. Some users' content thinks that childhood obesity is a serious health problem, which will put children at risk of health problems. As a result, parents must monitor their children's eating habits, provide three nutritious meals per day, and encourage their children to exercise more 💪

Simultaneously, some users left comments under the post requesting that children not be allowed to eat processed foods or fast food, and encouraging parents to cook for their children at home and accompany their children to go outside for some activities in order to reduce sedentary problems.

According to Reuters, the British government will tax companies that produce sugary soft drinks and invest the proceeds in children's health programmes, but many critics see this as a too weak and extreme strategy. The plan has also outraged beverage companies, who say it will be difficult for food companies to reduce the sugar in their beverages.

While many people advocate for more attention to childhood obesity, others are critical of some of the policies.

Special finding on childhood obesity

According to Aviva Must, Chair of Public Health and Community Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, children with developmental disorders face the unique challenge that adolescents with autism are more likely to be obese and have difficulty losing weight. Studies have found that children with autism have an obesity rate of 23%, compared to 14% for normal children. Also, boys with autism have higher rates of obesity than girls. Interestingly, the obesity rate for normal children in adolescence (10-17 years) has decreased by 50%, but remains high for children with autism.

The reason for their childhood obesity may be that young autistic people tend to be more rigid in their behaviour. As a result, there are times when they use food to relieve certain behaviours and stress, which may be the cause of their obesity. Furthermore, lack of exercise and malnutrition are also important causes of obesity in children with autism. In addition, the side effects of certain behavioural medications may also contribute to weight gain, such as antipsychotics.

Helping children with autism to develop healthy eating habits and activity habits is crucial to preventing obesity in adulthood. However, this does present some challenges for two reasons. Firstly, for people with autism, they have routines that are fixed to be performed and it can be more difficult to break their unhealthy diet or activities compared to the average child. Secondly, people with autism often have sensory issues and oral chewing problems, both of which limit food choices. Over the years, such eating habits usually lead to weight gain in children.

We all experience a slower metabolism as we get older, which means that young people with autism may burn fewer calories. All of this contributes to the risk of weight gain in the transition to adulthood for people with autism.
